Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Nepal on 14th & 15th October 2017 AD (28 & 29th Ashoj 2074 BS).
Indian Prime-minister, Modi will inaugurate much anticipated 900 MW, Arun-3 (SJVN Arun-3 Power Development Company Pvt Ltd – SAPDC) hydro-power project, visit Muktinath Temple and also discuss on policital affairs.
Indian government has invested more than $ 850 million on this hydro-project of which MOU was signed on 2nd March 2008.
Despite being officially signed, the project was yet to start and finally when Indian Government decided to fund in the construction on 22nd February 2017, construction is all set to start.
Indian Prime-minister Narendra Modi will also visit Nepal’s President Bidhya Devi Bhandari, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, K P Sharma Oli, Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachand) and other top political figures.
